Ingredients:

500 gr sesame

500 gr greek honey

a few drops of lemon

Directions:

We roast the sesame in a frying pan.

We boil the honey in a pan, for ten minutes.

We lower the fire. In the pan with the boiled honey, we add the roasted sesame and the drops of the lemon. We stir well.

We place a non-stic paper, on a flat surface. We drop there the mixture. We cover with a second non-stick paper.

We press with a rolling pin, until the mixture becomes thin.

We let the mixture cool down.
