Beeswax Cream

  • Beeswax Cream

Beeswax cream is a traditional cream, basically made from pure beeswax and pure virgin olive oil. From there on, various oils can be added for more specialized use. It is considered one of the most miraculous natural formulations. There are 284 substances in beeswax and combined with pure olive oil give a result rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements and antioxidants.

The properties of the cream are both cosmetic and curative. Bee wax has softening properties and is highly moisturizing. This helps the skin to have a soft and elastic structure, giving it the necessary moisture. It contains antibiotic and antiseptic substances and has a therapeutic effect. Thus, beeswax cream is particularly effective on the skin that presents acne, rashes and pimples. Bee wax is also known for the anti-inflammatory substances it contains. It is therefore very healing and helps to treat skin wounds, eczema and any kind of dermatopathy.

Combined with the olive oil contained in the cream, skin products are created which are very rich in antioxidants and vitamins and nourish our skin, strengthen its elasticity, and replenish precious skin lipids.

Beeswax cream and all natural cosmetics containing wax and olive oil (or other oils such as almond oil), as they contain no water in their composition, do not require any preservative or chemical addition to preserve them. They are therefore the ultimate natural product with ingredients that nature has given us.

Beeswax cream is also well-known for its excellent anti-aging effect. As the beeswax is particularly moisturizing and healing, it offers our skin the necessary moisture, which is lost over time, causing skin dehydration and wrinkle formation. Also, its healing action smoots the signs of time and gives our skin its lost glow.

  • Beeswax

The wax is produced by special bee glands and serves two purposes. The first is the construction of hexagonal cells, in which they store honey, pollen and royal jelly, and the second is to repair the cracks and holes that can have honeycombs, in combination with propolis.

The beewax has a range of colors, ranging from light yellow to dark brown. It is becoming darker as it incorporates pollen, dust, propolis and other residues from the honeybee.

The full chemical composition of the wax remains unknown. However, many known substances have been identified, such as various kinds of esters, hydrocarbons, acids, alcohols, and the like. It has softening, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, healing, moisturizing and soothing properties.

  • Olive Oil

Since the time of Hippocrates olive oil has been reputed for its many therapeutic properties, especially for skin diseases. In antiquity, of course, not using soap for personal hygiene, people scrubbed their hair and body with olive oil to clean them, flavor them and make them more gentle.

Olive oil is rich in antioxidants, such as vitamin E and polyphenols, but also in chlorophyll. In addition, it contains other important active ingredients, such as high levels of vitamin K, but also trace elements, such as sodium and potassium.

It protects the skin from premature aging, as the destructive free radicals "fight", moisturizes, gives elasticity, nourishment, vitality.
