Honey lollipops

Ingredients: (for a lollipop)

1 tbsp. honey

juice from fresh lemon

Procedure:

Put a tablespoon of honey on a briquette.

We put it to boil to a strong fire. Pour the lemon juice.

After a few minutes, our mixture has started to darken and thickens slightly.

Stir continuously and in 2-3 minutes our mixture is almost ready.

Grab a drop of paper and let cool a little. If it's tough, then it's ready.

Pour the mixture into a special form, matching the chopstick.

Put it in the refrigerator to harden it. (at room temperature, soften)
