1 kg diced pork
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbs olive oil
Salt - pepper
Pour the olive oil in a medium pot and let it warm up for 2-3 mins in high temperature. Season the meat with salt and pepper and place it in the pot, closing the lid.
4-5 mins later, as soon as one side startes going golden, turn it over and close the lid again. Turn the heat down to 2. Stir the meat again after 10 mind and let it simmer with the lid closed for another 20.
As soon as the meat is tender, turn off the heat and pull the pot aside. Pour in all the rest of the ingredients and stir well, then put the pot back on the hot stove for another 5 minutes.
